Health Care Routine

Hi guys! It's really been a very boring day for me so I decided to share to you what I've been doing lately on my health. I'm going to share to you my favorite brands and the ones I've been using ever since. I hope you'll love this!

Acne
When I was still curious about some beauty products, I've been trying all especially the ones with catchy packaging and never in a constant brand, that's why I kinda loose my interest in beauty when I was in elementary, not that I don't take a bath everyday, it's just like Mom has to remind me everything.

It was March this year, when my self-interest was back, it was the time when my pimples grew and seems like it's gonna take over my whole face. I didn't panicked but instead I consulted my mom for some advice and instructions, we both went into a convenient store to try products that's suitable for me.

I chose to pick Celeteque DermoScience Products because unlike the other well-know effective acne solutions it's more cheaper and it looks effective too!

I first bought this two products:

The facial wash costs PhP 75.00 (60 ml) & the facial moisturizer costs PhP 127.00 (50 ml).
One facial wash & the moisturizer both from the Hydration section. I continued to use it until now but I've changed my facial wash as you can see from the photo, I'm now using the wash with gentle exfoliating facial wash which is this

because I've been staying up all night and I've been encountering more pimples because I have school and I can't promise to stay clean (pollution) than last March.

Skin Rashes

I don't know about you guys but I have been always suffering skin rashes, it's the pollution, the dust in the air, the heat or pretty much everything dirty causes my skin rashes. Yes, I've been used to it ever since. I've also tried different products to make my skin look good again after the rashes but thanks to my baby sister, I luckily found the perfect match for my skin rash! This is a well known brand of body wash for babies, it's Cetaphil.

The expensive but yet effective product, my mom has always been a fan of Cetaphil, she uses it to my baby sister ever since she was born. She always put extra money to buy it. So lately this week, I suffered skin rashes again, and I was desperate of what will I do after the itch end everything, I was scared of leaving my skin marks with the rash. I immediately went to the CR and thought of a way, but then I saw the Cetaphil, so I did use it for a couple of days. I was shocked about the results because it was good. My skin doesn't have that rough surface anymore, it was back to my old one. I told my mom the results and she was also amazed, so she told me from now on, I will use Cetaphil when it comes to my skin rashes.

Wound Marks
When I was in elementary, I would play a lot at school, and of course will lead some wounds before the person's going to fetch me arrives. The wound marks until now seems to be part of my life forever. So I decided to try Cebo De Macho.

My mom said that it's the best solution for wound marks ever since. As of now I'm still trying it, I really do hope it would be the solution to my wound mark problem, I would definitely make a review about it soon! Hair Care
We know that we can't avoid having a bad hair day that's why let's all be thankful to

Mouth Care
We people with braces spends some extra time cleaning our mouth so instead of using the usual dental floss, I use this:

It's like a toothpick at the same time it's a floss, I love it because it doesn't consume much time than my ordinary floss. It costs 159 for 3 boxes of floss picks & it is a product of Watsons, don't forget to check this out on your next visit to Watsons!

Another pick on my Mouth Care essentials is the breath strips, this is perfect for those who don't feel comfortable with their breath even after their brush. I use this during my 2:30-7:00 classes specially when the teacher announces that we don't have a break time and we need to proceed to the laboratory immediately. This is like a mouth freshener, and it's very handy too!

Towel

I've learned since I was in Elementary to have my own Face towel, even at home when washing my face. I have a very trusted brand of towels, they offer such smooth and luxurious towels! I love how it touches my face, not like the others like after washing your towel the surface becomes rough and the cotton's really has a hard structure.

I use Bench & Bath towels, the face towels is only 75 pesos but if your eyeing for a bigger towel it's just about less 200.

Perfect Things to be Organized

Have you ever wondered how a classmate of yours organizes her bag well during school?

Oh C'mon, we all have that classmate who's completely neat and organized in everything, that's why I am here to share to you my own ways of how did I prepare my bag and my simple ways of being organized.

Most of us today can't find the right bag, the right size, shape, color or how many things it can carry. When I was in high school, we don't have plenty of books, it's just about 8 books per person or sometimes you can get how many number of books you'd like to own.

I always choose to have 8 books, well of course, all of the teacher's lessons are there, and somehow, you can do advance reading and some sort of exercises.

I always bring big bags, yes they're huge & they can carry all of the things I need.
I didn't have the chance to use the "Jansports" the well-known bag, because for me it only looks good but you can't put all your things there, I know Jansport Bags doesn't look very nice when it's bulky, & No, I haven't been eyeing to their bigger Jansport bags ( the one you can put your Laptops in) because some of it has a really boring design.

Instead, I use other bags which are water-proof and has the qualities. I've also been into different types of bag, from quiksilver to DC and Reebok.

1. Always choose a bag which your projects/paperwork can fit to or even you file case can fit also, the file case has positive effects because it can be a support for you back when your bag is loaded.

2. I used to put some of my exam results in between my notebooks, and of course left it there it's kinda been my habit, but I was able to change it when I discovered my own way which was the "Long Clear Book Way"

Instead of putting all the papers between the pages of my notebook. I directly put it on my clear book, I bring the clear book everyday, it serves as my file case. It's been a part of my bag ever since high school, that's why I don't loose important papers, projects made with coupon bond, essays, index cards or even anything.

Also another good thing is that you can put your projects here without folding it, or murdering it, it will stay neat & clean. Also super helpful when it comes to art class, you can bring the materials you are asked to bring. You can also place your ! whole white pad here.

But also don't choose the clear book which is refillable when you're impatient because some other time when it last and you don't take care of it, the spring like plastic will brake.
So I advice you to choose what's better for you.

This is probably why I prefer big bags or a bag that can fit the clear book and some file case. I'm not fond into going to school with my hands holding some file case or anything exceptions for projects, it ruin your looks lol

My other option is the file case, it's also a nice storage for you school works and papers.

But unlike the clear book, the file case is much more messier.

3. For those who takes their lunch at school, ofcourse your mini-kikay kit is always present, so I prefer you to use these personalized pouches from Andrea's General Merchandise.

Advices:

I know it's gonna be hard for you guys at first but you should always keep in mind that you can do it and it's for your own good.

When you fail, try and try until you got it right, and then later you'll just realize you're succeeding.

Just like me, I desperately end up with tutorials on the internet rather than creating and discovering it myself, so you need to express yourself, think of your own ways, share it o your friends don't be ashamed of what you're doing.
